FAQs

What if I'm traveling alone - how does the 2 person minimum per cabin work?

If you are traveling solo, we reserve the right to match you with a roommate of the same gender who is also traveling alone. This way we can maximize our ability to abide by the rules, and still provide you with the dream vacation of a lifetime!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to go on the cruise?

All ages welcome! If you are under 21, you should have someone at least 25 traveling with you. They need not be related to you, just booked in your cabin.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the cruise?

We recommend taking a taxi or Uber to the Port of Miami. Or, if you are driving, parking is available on-site for $20 per night.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

We are too close to sailing right now to offer transfers of ticket ownership, nor can we offer refunds.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

In the days leading up to sailing, you will receive an email from Carnival with online check-in information. Once you check-in online you will get your cruise documents and printable luggage tags to bring with you to the cruise terminal.

What is the refund policy?

There is absolutely NO REFUND on any monies paid at this time. We highly recommend looking into travel insurance, in case you are not able to take the trip for any reason.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

The name on the registration MUST match your passport (or government ID if you are an American citizen).
